Ive always been self employed. I feed off of having no restrictions. Things happen faster and often better and at a smaller expense. Though I have done a few stints as an employee I was the I.T Manager of a wealthy company in the Cayman Islands for several years.

I'd love to report that I am still in college. But @ 50? not so much. I do believe as long as your learning your in some kind of school. and heck you even get papers saying so. (green ones) :)
