Just reduce the mesh size. the quality will be increased.

https://grabcad.com/aamer.nazir-1 is right. Depending on what software you use, there must be a setting to increase the mesh resolution. It's usually a button in the window where you "save as" or "export". Just go into the STL settings and play with the resolution.
