Hi I have a problem two problems with my model here,

firstly I could not improve the mesh of volum fluid in meshing

-Secondly when I open it in the fluent withe mesh defaut. I have a problem in the interface zone whose number is too large and I can not edit it from the list

i imported the model from SW(IGES/STEP) and edit it in ansys 16.2

Try using face mesh, edge sizing under mesh properties (refer youtube videos) this will improve mesh, also make sure to check orthogonal quality (should be ~1) and skewness (should be ~0).

If you find error on fluent, try to reload or clear the data on fluent in workbench and restart them later. If still persists, try to start new with clear mesh and naming selection.
