Hello. I am working on a project and i need to do analysis with a software. I just worked with Catia. I appreciate if you tell me are catia analysis data reliable? Can I trust the data which I get from catia? thank you.
Catia is limited to those kind of analysis. I prefer to use ANSYS. Very reliable and you can trust ANSYS.

CATIA Elfini solver is quick and very reliable for linear analysis, but like Mr Ananth Narayan mentioned it is limited. You can't use it for non-linear analysis for example.
You can use Simulia Abaqus width Abaqus for CATIA interface.
There is also maybe integrated interface in CATIA for Ansys too.
I know that it exist for Fluent (Fluent for CATIA).
