I don't understand what means in technical characteristics about fiber percent proportion.
Is it mass proportion or volume?
It is customary to give a volume fraction.
Good engineering practice requires to write which proportion has been used.
Sometimes the designation is given in the form of a small letter in the subscript, or as a unit of abbreviation.
Look for "v%" or "%v" for volume and "m" for mass.
