How to (simulate in comsol)optically tune a material and observe its refraction of a 60GHz mmWave.

1. I want to optically tune a certain material. basically subject the material to 190THz of optical beam(and vary the intensity of the beam).

2. Direct a 60GHz mmWave to the optically tuned material above and observe its refraction of the 60GHz mmWave under varying intensities of the 190THz beam.

3. how can i simulate this in comsol.
