Tutorial - how to use mechanical mates in solidworks

Tip to use mechanical mates in Solidworks using "gear". In this case I have my most popular model "Hubless Mountain Bike" I have hundreds of mates in this model which are also layered with sub assemblies. The Mechanical mate I found the most useful.
