It looks like they have a similar package with a USB&HDMI output camera. The price is only slightly more.

In the preceding examples, that small foot is not practical. Small work surface, also raised and no room for a soldering iron.

This next embodiment is very fine. The arm has a long working distance that enables the manipulation of large items/PCB's. Just more room to work. I use something like this for reworking PCB's:

Ahh yes Ive seen this on the EEVblog. I have just converted an old ebay microscope that had 640x480 max resolution to a full HD 1080p capability by cannibalising parts from other webcams and combining them together. It actually does the job just for now but a new microscope is on the must get list for the very near future.
