I have been testing this software for about 2 years now and I am very happy with it. I find it much better than AutoCAD 2D and I have been working on AutoCAD since Release 10 or something (over 20 years). The keyboard commands are basically the same. I like to use it for patterns I draw for PCB's because sometimes the free PCB editing software (like KiCAD) are difficult to draw with, so I get the points from DrafSight's blocks. A very nice feature - something that is missing from ACAD.
