** Update: 9 Nov 2021, GrabCad has corrected the problem **


Over the last couple of days I've noticed the library pages won't load correctly. The preview panes overlap obscuring the descriptions and the back/page/next icons at the bottom are also obscured. Reloading the webpage will always correct the currently viewed page. However moving to a new page may have the problem again, forcing a reload.


The problem only seems to occur the first time the library is viewed using Chrome on a PC.

The problem does not happen at all using Internet explorer on a PC.

The problem occurs with every new page load using Microsoft Edge on a PC.

The problem occurs with every new page load using Safari on an iPad.

I got the same thing with chrome... but it disappeared instantly after changing the zoom level (CTRL+Mouse Scroll Up/Down) a few times...

I Have the same issue with Opera and found that to see the previews and next page tab is to change from 24 to 48 previews and visa versa.

The problem seems to be solved today (Mozilla Firefox 91.3.Oesr)

It’s still occurring with with Safari on an iPad.

The reason why the problem sometimes does not occur is related to caching. We're aware of the problem and already working for a permanent fix. Thank you for your patience.
