Does anyone know what happens? I already send it from solidworks using the plugin, and my seat clamp appears on an illogical scale, I send it several times and follow the same, I also import it into keyshot without using the plugin, even though what interests me is my motion study , but even so it continues to appear, the piece itself has no scale and there is no design conflict, someone has passed, do you know what this problem is? use keyshot 7

Are you sure that your model was correctly arranged in Solidworks. Because it actually carries your model to keyshot. Try checking in solidworks.
Okay fine. Now open a new keyshot 7 and import the cycle. This is unusual.
As you can see in the image above, I have no design problems, all the pieces are in place and with their correct dimensions, I have rebooted the pc, run again solidworks and keyshot, and the problem persists for two days with that problem since I finished the design and I want to render it.
I'm sorry it's a new model just finished and I have not yet published it in GRABCAD, so I can not share the file, until I publish it finally, and no, I have never used STEP file to render, it's the first time this happens to me
use the same process to render the motion study of a couple of engines beforehand, and I never had a problem, has someone had something like this before?
Have you tried with neutral formats like stp, igs etc., May help. I prefer stp format.
I've never seen that happen , but I usually don't send SOLIDWORKS files directly to Keyshot. Instead I export a step file from SOLIDWORKS and import it to Keyshot.
The problem appears to be isolated to the seatpost clamp. I'd open that file on its own in SW and make sure it was designed with the same units as the rest of the models.
For an easy fix, I'd simply scale the clamp in Keyshot. I'm going to assume it is 25.4 times too large, which is the conversion difference between inches and millimeters. After scaling, you'll hopefully find the part is even back in the correct location.
As FredSWUG mentioned try importing it in other file types, i've had issues with iges before and importing as step has solved it.
As for the units, I have no problem, since my templates are customized and I use them by default, even though the problem persisted, leaving my only solution to scale the piece in keyshot, I focused more on correcting it in solidworks with the plugin and the solution was very simple, thanks.
