what the meaning of "Simulation Xpress" & what is the meaning of"Cosmos Motion" ? & What is the differences between the "Simulation Xpress" & "Cosmos Motion"?? And this is the link of my case study on the site "http://grabcad.com/library/case-study"

My question is about how to use the analysis of stresses on machinery parts correctly?? and where i find my load value "100 N" that i put it in my design in figure(1)??
Do you use Stress Analysis in the Solidworks program after the design and external accounts, and this analysis in the program is just examination results or this is the same design? In the sense that I painted part and enter upon the particular circumstances of its values and then wait for the appearance of the results?and then i will say this design is good or not good?
There is a very important question: How do I know that the design that has me safe and ready for implementation? What is the evidence that I see in the results in the program so I can say that this successful design? How do I use the safety factor that gives me in the results that appear in figure (4)?
Please help me so that I can understand how I work on the analysis of the stresses in the Solidworks program?
What do you mean maximum and minimum values in this design? And why is this place exactly that appear in figure (2)?
And that's how I understand that this design successful or not successful in terms of the analysis of distances or expansion?
Knowing that the state that study design are as follows:
Column diameter Steel alloy "70 Mellimitr" length "700 Mellimitr" and there it carry tightening by "100 Newton" and installed on the one side and the tensile strength on the other side......
But that's how I understand that this design successful or unsuccessful using the program?
What do you mean colors that exist in the figure (3) and the colors that appear on the part it self "Is that mean a determine thing on the body of the part? What do you mean the numbers on them? And what I take advantage of them?
But please please of so kind graciously and answer to this question must answer shows pictures in order to understand I have a clear and complete correctly and to be the answer, for example, a case study.
I have attached to your image file and state that I am working in the same study extension ".sldprt" & ".eprt" and the file name is "Case Study and QUE.rar"
And thanks for your help.
And if i have any questions about this objective i will ask you and i will wait the answer from you quickly because all of you are perfect engineers in this site.
Good Luck for you.And dont forget the main question.....................thanks again.

Simulation Xpress is a slimmed down version of SolidWorks Simulation. It deals with single parts only, not assemblies.

Unless you are dealing with moving parts, any kind of motion study is of no use to you.

For your item to be safe, you need a factor of safety of 3 or more. You have a factor of safety of over 20,000 so this is very safe.

NO INTENTION OF DISCOURAGING BUT YOUR SOLID MECHANICS CONCEPTS LOOK VERY POOR .U SHOULD FIRST REVISE UR SOLID MECHANICS CONCEPTS.ONE MORE THING MOST OF THE ANALYSIS SOFTWARES U COME ACROSS SUCH AS ANSYS,SOLIDWORKS,COSMOS,etc ARE BASED ON FINITE ELEMENT METHOD.U SHOULD READ IT.IT WILL HELP U IN INTERPRETING UR RESULTS.AND U ASKED HOW TO VALIDATE THE RESULTS THE ANSWER IS :1)HAND CALCULATIONS IF POSSIBLE 2)EXPERIMENTATION.REMEMBER U CANNOT START THE CONSTRUCTION OF A BUILDING UNTIL ITS FOUNDATION IS STRONG.SIMILARLY U CANNOT USE SOFTEARES UNTIL U DONT KNOW WHAT DRIVES IT.
