Mechanical Engineering

As an Associate Mechanical Engineer graduate. In my past years, I have not worked in an office, as well as never worked around office employees. I'm happy where I work as a Mechanical CAD draftsman, but I believe the pay should be more than what it was when I first started in this career path. Mind you, I'm not struggling financially. Now that I mentioned this, recently a recruiter got a hold of me for a Manager Trainee position. An experienced leader when it involves a team I'm all ears! Now this will be a whole new environment and a whole new office? What are your thoughts? or any suggestions?
