I need to design an Archimedes Screw Pump which has an inverse threads in a solid shell. I have have to come up with all the parameters of Archimedes screw pump which are Diameter of the screw, Diameter of the tube, Wall thickness of the tube, The length of the screw, Angle of inclination, Speed of the screw pump and the flow rate of the screw pump. The length of the screw must not be longer than 1 meter.
I also need to come up with the Pitch between the screw thread/blades. Because the current screw pumps have been having failure due to Thermal Expansion, Tube Cracking and Bottom bearing.

Thanks Tim but this journal is for Twin Screw Pump not an Archimedean Screw Pump.
