Coolant oil is pure after separation or it´s necessary to remove water or other contaminants?

The recycling of coolant oil compensates the cost of this process?

It´s made because of costs or environmental reasons?

I think it need for economy oil and save ecology.

maybe it's the same but the metal shavings that comes out immediately goes to the melting furnace no waiting time

First of all, the oil is not pure but diluted with water.

the cooling oil is pumped back to the cnc machines, the oil is reused

Recycles 20 percent

the machine pays for itself in 1.5 years

this machine was built for both environmental and monetary advantage
