Gear pump sealing
Hi every body
I have a question about gear pump sealing, is there anyone who know how the roitational shaft is sealing inside the housing.?

check the GrabCad data base for shaft oil seal. The oil seal is angled downward and towards the pressure. The more the pressure applied to the angled seal surface the more force is applied to the inner edge on the shaft.
