I recently came across some EDA software for Electronics and Electrical Engineering Development Software for Ardunio (embedded MCU) and Raspberry Pi (embedded CPU).

The company is called Proteus and their software supports Schematic Capture, and PCB Layout but also supports simulation with virtual labs tools similar to other previous EDA tools.

What is distinctive about this software is that they specifically support the development of Ardunio 'Shield' expansion boards and Raspberry Pi 'Hats' expansion boards. They also sell created designs for those that want to get started right away.
