Use sheet metal commands: loft and fold/unfold. see approximate tree on picture below (cut extrude command is for your pattern, edge flange is added just to be able to unfold everything)

i have done all the tree my only problem how can i make the cut the extrude cut and warp don't work

So you are doing smth in a wrong way. 

1. Make 2 spirals

2. Create sheet metal spiral with lofted bend feature

3. Create additional flange

4. Unfold it 

5. Make any cut on flattened pattern

6. Fold it again to spiral state

7. delete additional flange

the wrong in the pattern i tried to cut circle and it worked

put the pattern has some issues i try to fix it
