Siemens NX (Unigraphics) Users

The additive additions are nice and I wish I could make a case for adding the module where I work. In lieu of that, I've created a number of honeycomb mesh patterns for my reuse library which I tend to use a lot to reduce mass. But, it does add a number of steps for trimming, deleting faces, etc..

That aside, it's good to see Siemens is pushing the development in this direction. Looking forward to seeing that continue.

Future is additive and topology optimization. They'll definitely improve the softwares about this 2 subjects.

Absolutely.

And the real beauty of that is... less compromise in the design for manufacturability. It really does change the whole approach to design.
