the updated version is now available in my BuyMeACoffee Shop as free download. Here you will find a detailed description. Big shootout to @Ariful for his permission to use his 2kVA offline UPS assembly model as a demonstrator. A quick video will follow next week, I guess.

The export functions are ready for now. I'm planning to focus on custom properties for the next release. I thought about:

• Manipulate properties of all components in an assembly
• Define your personal "standard custom properties" to:
• Create them automatically in a document if not existing
• Delete nonstandard properties automatically
• Check associated values whether exist
• Define your personal consistency check
• BOM Export
• Classic BOM
• Simple "shopping list" ignoring the assembly structure
• Automated BOM for every sub assembly

Would that be of interest to you guys?

the custom property update is on the way. Here's a first preview of the settings section. Since it's a really long post, I will only put in a link to detailed description.

For all busy peeps, here's a quick summary:

• Create standard values like UserID, date or timestamp
• Create and edit your own standard properties associated to prt, asm and drw documents
• Checkup options of property value structure and property value comparison
• Auto fill options to reduce editing time

Due to personal major professional changes, I expect to release the custom property update with a delay of 4 weeks. So, my target is to upload it at some kind of end february. Please feel free to share your thoughts.

took me some time but yesterday, I uploaded the latest SolidWorksExtension on my BuyMeACoffee Account. Thanks to Frank for giving me permission to use his Wolfcraft model as a demonstrator.

It's now possible to collect all component properties of a assembly in only one click and modify the values in a single data grid.

I also implemented a check-up for those of you who don't work with an ERP and/or PDM-System. This might help you keep your data clean and consistent. A simple BOM export is implemented, too.

Some of you may followed my discussion about CNC vertex data in drawing documents with michal. This is included as well. Here's a quick demonstration how it works:

For now it's an Experimental Branch beta version since it needs still some improvements, but I guess it will ease up your work a bit. If you want to download it for free, visit me on BuyMeACoffee.
