Seems ok to me , he just took front view and its section view to explain in third angle projection.

Im trying to make the model now, and these are some of the measurements i would mark. Especially the outer radius.

IMHO your have low dimensioned the fork in the detail. A good practice is to place only dimensions that can be measured during part production whithout calculations.

All of the Fillets seems to be missing

And perhaps move this measurement. Then i know that the lines are parallel, and its easier to model.

May be to insert a two center lines more.
