you can suppressing all the mates in the assembly file and try again

actually i tried suppressing and the errors were gone. but i want to control this model with matlab , and without those constraints the model parts will become apart in matlab.

i think i need to replace those specific constraints with other appropriate ones, which are supported in matlab simscape toolbox.

but replacing them seems very challenging.

when you convert files solidworks to other non native file formats, the files will automatically lose data. you have to create those constrains again on the other software (Matlab in your case).
