Fill Surface Problem

I'm making my first car using surface designing option in solidworks But encounter a problem while creating a surface between front wheel flare and the fender. I'm just not getting any surface when I choose the boundary edge. If anyone can help me out with this that would be great : )

I'm using solidwork 2017 version.

Take a 3D-sketch using the boundary edge.

@Sonja ,can you be more Specific . I tried using 3d Sketch but didn't work. If someone could actually make it and upload the updatated file that might just do it. Thanks ;)

Arch wheel with a geometric error. Re-do it and everything will be OK. Attentively.
