If you have Flow simulation installed you can start with X:\Program Files\SOLIDWORKS Corp\SOLIDWORKS Flow Simulation\lang\english\Docs

(X) is the same drive where solidworks is installed.

There are 3 files

  1. Technical reference
  2. Tutorial
  3. Validations.

This should be enough to begin with SW Flow simulation.
