There are several parts in the valve. Choose one to start with.
If you plan to make a 3D model, it would help to have dimensions.
I'd start with item #1 since it will define the size of the remaining parts.
How does part 4 attach to part 1?
The Revolve tool will make about 80% of these parts.
The Extrude tool should finish off the remaining 20%
Which piece are you having trouble with?
Piece 01 looks like it can be made with two revolved features.
The interior could be made with a shell command. Or two additional revolves can be used to remove the unwanted material. It all depends on how accurate the model needs to be.
Post a model that you've worked on so we can see where it has gone wrong.
