Hello people
For a school project I have to make an assembly line that will assemble a cd box. The assembly line is made out of parts and my part is the first part and it has to assemble the top and bottom of the cd box together. I have send pictures in hope that it will be more clearly. Maybe u experience designers could help me out with a design cuz I can't come up myself with an easy and good one ty.

Looks like such machines exist. Maybe there is a video of one in operation online?
You'll need to determine how the two halves go together. Do they snap together when pressed? If so, maybe they could be fed down a path where the walls slowly push the parts closer together until they are assembled?

Thank for your reply! I already looked at internet and those machines are too complex so I could not come up with an idea. The 2 parts of the cd box are stacked in 2 magazines. They will be picked up by a pneumatic piston and laid on the conveyor belt. The part fit easy together but still have to be pushed a little bit(when they are aligned) so I can't ckme up with an idea here, maybe a pneumatic actuator that pushes the case to other part, but thats not guaranteed to fit..
What kind of your product?
