forget what happened to your file, I made a new one, just change the dimensions to what you occupy, look how I built it, so for the next you already know how to do it, I hope it will be useful.

you must to cutting the flatt part in 3 parts after save as dxf , because its impossible bending in this dimensions in 1 parts !

Please use loft command

in original model thickness its 2mm ! big dimension x,y,z

if u want to make such part in sheet metal, make it in 4 different part and weld it.

for liquid handling do the leak proof welding if u r trying in one piece it is not possible to bend 1.6mm sheet is sufficient

this use in every day for me jobs in solidworks
