The author did not put parts into the assembly. I think it will not work out

Try these settings.

IGES files contain only geometry, with no division to parts.

But STEP supports parts and hierarchy. Make sure that export to STEP was done properly.

Usually i am the author.I design things with one program and i open them in solidworks.

Can you open my last upload on solidworks and confirm that the export is not done properly ?
