Technical Drawing/Drafting

All 3D modeling programs have the ability to produce prints which can also be created as DWG formats.

So if you find the model of the phone you want, as i'm sure someone here in GrabCAD has created it, then download that model, and create the prints you need.

Thanks for the information. I actually need the CAD files from Samsung. I have tried to get it from them to no avail. I learned that others have succeeded in getting the files.

yng sndwch has a Galaxy model you can download. It looks like it is an IPT, so Inventor file.

Just download it and you have the whole phone.

You can then separate any component and create the DWG files you need.
