3D to 2D flatten
I want flatten a 3D CAD data from catia V6 to autocad. I have a XML file of the 3D data. How can I proceed with this. What are the pre-requisites for this process ?

If you have a CATIA sheetmetal or surface model, you could create the flat pattern with CATIA and then save it as DXF in order to open it in AutoCAD.
Pre-requiites: you need the Sheetmetal product in CATIA. If you're working with surface geometry, you need the Developed Shapes product.
