Account problem

Have a nice day! Something happened to my account

When I click "Upload Model" the site says "You cannot upload new models at the moment. Contact support@grabcad.com for more information". The support mail does not answer me for the third day.
I also cannot leave comments. Has anyone had a similar situation?
