any advice

I’m working on an FEA simulation of a V-Clamp and I noticed that the results show very high stress values, much higher than expected.
I would appreciate any advice or feedback about what could be wrong with my approach.
Could it be a problem with boundary conditions, mesh quality, contact settings, or something else?
Any suggestions or similar experience would be extremely helpful.
Thank you in advance!

Sharp corners generally experience high stress values in FEA analysis. Use a fillet to smooth out the corner points, then try again.
