can anyone say which approach use mostly in assembly modeling? Top down or bottom up approach? explain with reason...

    Whether to use a top down approach or a bottom up approach depends upon the complexity of the assembly.. If we are about to model a car.. then you can imagine how much difficult it would be to do assembly with top down approach. For a simple assembly like pen or fan etc, where components are less and we can easily give reference of one part to other....top down assembly is prefered. Usually combination of both the approaches is used.
