Conversion to any cad system?
Can any one convert to another system? And how much will it cost per MB?

What do you want to see after conversion
Most programs will import other program files as imported surfaces
If you want features and sketches this can take much more effort and time
The version of you program will determine what you can and cannot import
Solidworks has a "feature recogniton" feature whitch can recognise some original functions
