Creo surface
Hello Everyone,
I have to copy outside surfaces of an existing part, but the problem I'm getting is that I'm not able to transform the copied surfaces into a solid and modify them to make them producible.
I'm using Creo 6. It has been from long time I'm not using surfaces and I'm frankly in very hard time to come over with a solution. Is there anyone here who can help me to fix the parts?

Nice clean surface! However could be simplified by cutting in plane of symmetry and removing some features that could be added after thickening. Narrow ledge along bottom skirt needs more work to thicken past .25mm.
5mm thicken is not going to work with all of the outside details present. To get a better understanding, you should probably try selecting and thickening individual surface features on the model to learn how much you can thicken them and why they fail.
