how can i get a part from step or jt format on solidworks and assembley them with another project
i found a project as step and jt format i want to use some of the parts of it
and secondly is it possible to give animation (i cant turn steering wheel on the project) or see move of the part on step or jt ?

You are only going to be able to import the parts and assemble them yourselves. In other words, you have to mate the parts in Solidworks that you want to move.
