How do i resolve tree features from not being able to edit them?

Whenever i try to roll the line down and show the other feature edits on the model - they all go grey, like when you suppress them, except you can't make any edits at all on those features.
Also, after you roll down, below the "cut-extrude21" everything is grey and the model freezes. You can't zoom in/rotate/pan the model.

Also, when i try to "roll to end" right after i open the file, it says: "solidworks has encountered a problem..." and does not show me the results of it.

I've attached references as well if that helps you discover something.

Anyone know something about this?
