How do you get the model file while working in a company,in which format, how do you get the file from PLM server?
I never worked in any design company but i want to know about how the part you are going to work is received by employee

That depends on which PLM software is being used, and if the company has included a CATIA interface with the PLM package. Each PLM is different.
