How to calculate torque needed to rotate mass?

Hi,

Can someone help me calculate the torque required to rotate a mass?

The driven gear has a mass of 150kg on top of it. The driven mass has an OD of 1200mm
The driven gear has an OD of 215.6mm (135 teeth)
The diving gear has an OD of 18.75 (9 teeth)

How much torque is needed to rotate that mass at 60rpm
The driving motor range is 4000rpm

This question has no meaning unless you specify required angular acceleration and momentums of inertia of the gears.
Otherwise theoretically, if friction forces ignored, even the smallest torque is able to spin-up your gears to required 60 rpm, but very slooowwly...
