How to convert the image to solid works file?

It really depends on the image(s) available and the complexity of the model. Download the model of the Skyrim helmet from my model page (https://grabcad.com/library/skyrim-helmet-yngol). The helmet shape is based on images from different sides of the helmet.
You'll find dozens of tutorials online for doing similar work with vehicle blueprints. I think the helmet is an easier place to begin though.
