How to create a kelvin unit cell model in Ansys design modeler?

Hello Friends,

Can someone explain me or share the file for 3D kelvin unit cell model in Ansys design modeler. I knew how to create in other CAD Software but i have no idea with ansys design modeler. I have to create a 3D kelvin unit cell with total height of 4.6 mm. Please find the Image file attached below. I am looking for your reply. Thanks in advance.
