How to create cavity in solids with surface model in Solidworks
I need to create a cavity in the white solids blocks that captures the green surface model around the outer perimeter and supports the part in the Z direction. What is the simplest way to do this?

Hi Brent, Just want to check the Z direction. Looks more like it needs support in Y direction after I translate it. Can you confirm?
