How to export to DXF file?

I have a solidworks model. How to open it in Autocad 2D
Also I have a solidworks assembly file in .sldasm format. How to open it in Autocad 2D ?

Please see the attached image file. I want to open it in AutoCAD 2D.

One way this can be done is to save the assembly as a part. The part can be opened and saved then as a DWG or DXF format file that can be opened in AutoCAD.
