How to generate part at tolerances
Hi there
I have designed a part and I have tolerances for it
Now I like to have the part with max and min weight(biggest and smallest part possible) without going into sketches and changing sizes
Is there a way?

CATIA might be able to do this operation if you have access to the Product Engineering Optimizer License (PEO). I do not, so can't try a tutorial.
If that is not available, I am fairly certain that CREO is able to do this by using the optimization tool. You might be able to obtain max and min weight, but using the dimensions as variables. Hopefully you have access to that software.
You can go for scaling. Scale your design as per the ration. I guess this is the only way that without more efforts you can do your work else you have to invest your time to do this.
