how to get TYPE 3 CAA in catia v5 (r17)?

I use catia and when i watch some YouTube videos to create texts on model i saw something like TYPE 3 CAA and within it VECTORIZATION, PARALLEL PROJECTION, etc. inside the workbench GENERATIVE SHAPE DESIGN.
So, can you help me,how to get that type 3 dialog box or should i have to install it as a separate part.
