How to model flow control valve

I need to model flow control valve.
Can any body help me out in designing FLOW CONTROL VALVE in Pro E or any other software and convert the same into STEP file.

You can import the igs file and then choose save as (or export as depending on your software) step file

I am finding difficulty in designing flow control valve. I have designed it partially. I am very happy if you send me the flow control valve part model either in STEP format or Pro Engineer format
