How to model this spring in SolidWorks???

I would model the main part of the spring and hook part as Swept boss/Base. For the transition section I would draw a 3D sketch and fit a spline curve between the ends (only one segment). Then set the control arrows of the spline as tangent to the centre lines of the existing segments and adjust their length to approximate to the drawing.
