how to open file 3d download in the library ? (grabcad.com/library)

Do you have a good computer? This has a lot of faces to display. I'll upload a step file when/if it ever stops saving.

Thank you for your question ... but I have downloaded some 3d files in the library but can not open .. although the computer configuration is high (I try downloading many formats have different tail but also Open up the ...) are looking forward to your help .
