How to prevent Sweep from twisting along 3D-Sketch?
I've tried to model a bin with a steel mesh as lateral surface. But sweeping one wire profile hasn't given me the expected result. It has twisted about 90 degrees over the length of the path. Does anybody has a simple solution for that issue?

In the Sweep feature, Orientation/twist type:, you need to select Twist Along Path and set the angle to 21 deg. Un-check the Merger results box.
I'm modeling a marble run toy for my daughter and had this issue when making a loop. I made the loop manually using a spline in a 3d sketch. Then the trick was to move/copy that, select "make copy", and just make an offset copy of my spline (~5mm in my case) off in one axis. Then instead of a basic sweep I used a "path + guide rail" with my copied spline as the guide rail. This kept it from twisting.
