Hello Ahmad, in SolidWorks Premium you can use the Scan To 3D add-into import an OBJ file (you must change the file type before opening the OBJ to Mesh Files). Then you run the file through the Mesh Prep Wizard and Finally into the Surface Wizard. It will take a LONG time and it may take a LOT of work to get usable surfaces or a solid body. In the end the file size will be huge as well due to all the surfaces the mesh makes. Once the mesh is a surface you can add texture that way. A better way to do this may be to use Mari or Zbrush as they are programs designed for adding textures. Hope this helps.
